Delivery Information and Returns Policy

We currently offer delivery to the following countries -

Austria, Australia, Cyprus, Finland, France, Georgia, Greece, Hungary, India, Italy, Lithuania, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Turkey, United Kingdom.

Please note that due to a recent cyber attack, international shipping may experience a delay. If you have any questions regarding delivery, please do get in touch via inof@paxmanscalpcooling.com

Please note that our products are shipped from the UK and may be subject to additional import fees/taxes

We offer FREE standard delivery on orders in the UK, as this is where our products dispatch from.

Standard delivery in the UK will take 3-5 working days. If you require items delivered sooner, we would recommend choosing the next day delivery option. 

Next day delivery in the UK is £7.00 and the order must be placed before 3pm Monday to Friday.

Standard delivery for all other countries is £9.00, apart from Australia which is £30.00.

 

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To begin the returns process, please send us an email at info@paxmanscalpcooling.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. We will then provide you with the address to return your item to. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Where applicable your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item/s. If shipping is not covered the the cost will be deducted upon receipt of the return. 

 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You may wish to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
